
- spinach, 500g
- sesame paste, 50ml
- ground fried shallot, 5g
- ground fried garlic, 5g
- ground ginger, 5g
- vinegar, 8ml
- salt, 5g
- oil, 2ml
Methods:
- clean spinach, add into pot with water, oil and salt. boil and cook spinach and drained.
- dip spinach into cold water for few minutes, drain and dried.
- arrange spinach in a plate and let cool.
- mix sesame paste, gournd shallot, garlic, ginger, vinegar in a small bowl. Sprinkle on top of spinach when serve.
