凉拌芝麻菠菜 Cold sesame spinach


Ingredients:
  • spinach, 500g
  • sesame paste, 50ml
  • ground fried shallot, 5g
  • ground fried garlic, 5g
  • ground ginger, 5g
  • vinegar, 8ml
  • salt, 5g
  • oil, 2ml
Methods:
  • clean spinach, add into pot with water, oil and salt. boil and cook spinach and drained.
  • dip spinach into cold water for few minutes, drain and dried.
  • arrange spinach in a plate and let cool.
  • mix sesame paste, gournd shallot, garlic, ginger, vinegar in a small bowl. Sprinkle on top of spinach when serve.
