凉拌芹菜叶 Cols Celery Leaves


Ingredients:

  • celery leaves, 400g
  • egg, 1
  • ginger, 3g
  • garlic, 5g
  • soya sauce, 8ml
  • vinegar, 5ml
  • sesame oil, 3ml
Methods:
  • clean celery leaves, drained and dried.
  • pay fry egg into egg sheet and cut into squares.
  • cook celery leaves and drained.
  • toss ginger, soya sauce, vinegar, sesame oil with celery leaves and serve.
