
Ingredients:
- celery leaves, 400g
- egg, 1
- ginger, 3g
- garlic, 5g
- soya sauce, 8ml
- vinegar, 5ml
- sesame oil, 3ml
Methods:
- clean celery leaves, drained and dried.
- pay fry egg into egg sheet and cut into squares.
- cook celery leaves and drained.
- toss ginger, soya sauce, vinegar, sesame oil with celery leaves and serve.
