日式瑶柱粥 Japanese Styled Dried Scallop Porridge


Ingredients:
  • scallop, 50g
  • dried kelp, 1 piece
  • white rice, 1/2 cup

Methods:
  • soak dried kelp and dried scallop with 1 litre water for 2-3 hours.
  • take kelp out, add 1/2 cup white rice in and cook until boil. turn to slow heat for 20 mins.
  • add salt to taste
