
Ingredients:
- scallop, 50g
- dried kelp, 1 piece
- white rice, 1/2 cup
Methods:
- soak dried kelp and dried scallop with 1 litre water for 2-3 hours.
- take kelp out, add 1/2 cup white rice in and cook until boil. turn to slow heat for 20 mins.
- add salt to taste
