
Ingredients:
- brown rice, 1 cup
- water, 2 1/4 cup
- dried shitake mushroom, 4-5
- waxed dried sausage, 1 piece (optional)
- waxed dried pork meat, 1 small piece (optional)
- dried shrimp, 1/8 cup
- carrot, 1/2
Methods:
- place brown rice with water in rice cooker.
- soak dried shitake mushroom.
- slice sausage and dried pork (can skip or replace with ham).
- soak dried shrimp.
- place mushrom, meat and dried shrimp on top of rice in rice cooker.
- add carrot in the cooker when the rice is almost ready.
- heat ingredients longer even when the rice is ready.
