虾米腊肉香菇糙米饭 dried shrimp, sausage, mushrom brown rice


Ingredients:
  • brown rice, 1 cup
  • water, 2 1/4 cup
  • dried shitake mushroom, 4-5
  • waxed dried sausage, 1 piece (optional)
  • waxed dried pork meat, 1 small piece (optional)
  • dried shrimp, 1/8 cup
  • carrot, 1/2
Methods:
  • place brown rice with water in rice cooker.
  • soak dried shitake mushroom.
  • slice sausage and dried pork (can skip or replace with ham).
  • soak dried shrimp.
  • place mushrom, meat and dried shrimp on top of rice in rice cooker.
  • add carrot in the cooker when the rice is almost ready.
  • heat ingredients longer even when the rice is ready.
