炒麦皮 fried oat meal snack

Ingredients:
  • oat meal, 3 cups
  • pine nuts, 1/3 cup
  • chop walnuts, 1/3 cup
  • chop almonds, 1/4 cup
  • pumpkin seeds, 1/3 cup
  • raisin, 1/3 cup
  • oil, 3 tablespoon
  • brown sugar, 3 tablespoon
  • Methods:
    heat pan, fry all nuts and seeds seperately until fragrant. set aside.
  • add 1 tbsp oil, slow heat. fry oat meal, keep stirring until cryspy. about 4 / 5 minutes. set aside.
  • add 2 tbsp oil, slow heat. melt brown sugar, add oat meal and fry. Shut off heat, add all nuts and seeds and stir.
  • add raisin, stir and let cool.
