炒麦皮 fried oat meal snack
Ingredients:- oat meal, 3 cups
- pine nuts, 1/3 cup
- chop walnuts, 1/3 cup
- chop almonds, 1/4 cup
- pumpkin seeds, 1/3 cup
- raisin, 1/3 cup
- oil, 3 tablespoon
- brown sugar, 3 tablespoon
- Methods:
heat pan, fry all nuts and seeds seperately until fragrant. set aside. - add 1 tbsp oil, slow heat. fry oat meal, keep stirring until cryspy. about 4 / 5 minutes. set aside.
- add 2 tbsp oil, slow heat. melt brown sugar, add oat meal and fry. Shut off heat, add all nuts and seeds and stir.
- add raisin, stir and let cool.
