韩式煮黑豆 Korean Styled Black Bean


Ingredients:
  • black beans, 1 cup
  • water, 2.5 cups
  • soy sauce, 5 tablespoons
  • sugar, 3 tablespoons
  • sesame oil, 1 tablespoon
  • white sesame, 1 tablespoon

Methods:

  • soak black bean for 30 mins.
  • drain the water, and add the 2.5 cups water and boil. turn to slow cooking for 30 mins.
  • add soy sauce and sugar. continue cooking for 15-20 mins. stir to avoid sticking.
  • cook until it dries up. add sesame oil and sesame.
