
Ingredients:
- black beans, 1 cup
- water, 2.5 cups
- soy sauce, 5 tablespoons
- sugar, 3 tablespoons
- sesame oil, 1 tablespoon
- white sesame, 1 tablespoon
Methods:
- soak black bean for 30 mins.
- drain the water, and add the 2.5 cups water and boil. turn to slow cooking for 30 mins.
- add soy sauce and sugar. continue cooking for 15-20 mins. stir to avoid sticking.
- cook until it dries up. add sesame oil and sesame.
