松仁菠菜葡萄干 Pine Nut Raisin Spinach


Ingredients:
  • pine nuts, 20g
  • raisin, 10g
  • spinach, 300g
  • ground garlic, 1/2 teaspoon
  • olive oil, 1 teaspoon
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper powder, to taste

Methods:

  • fry pine nuts with medium heat until dry and cooked.
  • soak raisin with hot water for 15 mins, drained and dried.
  • clean spinach and cut half length.
  • fry garlic with olive oil, add and fry spinach until cooked.
  • add salt, pepper powder, raisin and pine nuts before serve.
