
Ingredients:
- pine nuts, 20g
- raisin, 10g
- spinach, 300g
- ground garlic, 1/2 teaspoon
- olive oil, 1 teaspoon
- salt, to taste
- black pepper powder, to taste
Methods:
- fry pine nuts with medium heat until dry and cooked.
- soak raisin with hot water for 15 mins, drained and dried.
- clean spinach and cut half length.
- fry garlic with olive oil, add and fry spinach until cooked.
- add salt, pepper powder, raisin and pine nuts before serve.
